Design Services

We offer assistance and advice on product design to ensure the practices are followed with regards to the injection moulding processes. We are able to offer customers a 3D visual presentation of their concept with the use of development programs such as solid works and AutoCad.

Injection Moulding

Choosing the right type of plastic for the injection moulding job is often critical and we are confident of the quality of our advice, because it's based on knowledge we have gained through years of experience in the industry.

We mould plastic parts and components for many well known productsin many sectors of the South African industry including: Electrical, Lighting, Swimming pool, Water filtration, building, electronic, housewares, closures and consumable products

Our machines range from 60 - 140 ton (20g - 300g shot weight)
